Here is the succulent, which we named Sunni, that I bought Tressa. He's growing - about two inches now and was transplanted.

Brian bought me a rubber tree plant which I killed within a month or so. I proceeded to bring the thing back to life with my love and plenty of water. Now I get the cactus(2nd of the "plant" presents). I am fairly certain he is testing me to see if I kill everything I care for but the funny thing is that he is the one caring for Sunni and has it at his place and seems to care deeply about the well being of this "metaphorical baby". There is really no way that I can kill it now because I do not even have it and plus it is a cactus which,as you may know, needs VERY little to keep it alive. The best part of the story(to me) is that he was going to buy me flowers and I love flowers so much but had second thoughts because "flowers just die"(direct quote) and so instead bought une succullent cacti;) Next on the list...a small dog but gotta start with the plants you know;)

1)Props to B for taking a beautiful picture of the baby 2)Also wanted to say that the dog may be too much and I would like to opt for a goldfish next which would be less needy and fits better into the sequential scheme of things ;-)

if you remember, it was because they only had bouquets and i was looking for one or two flowers. was scared you'd kill me for wasting money on flowers since we live in the ghetto...
