Over the last three weeks, I have gotten back into the workweek grind. I started work on a project that uses a language that I have been away from for several years and topics that I have little to no former experience with. This has led to some frustrating days and challenge, and I hope to be just about caught up to the learning curve now.
At the condo, the landlord told our neighbor to stop bothering us until a contractor came to "assess the floors". Basically the contractor said "it's the floors that create the noise". Hence we do are no longer being harassed, and if we do again, it is time for the neighbors to move somewhere else : ).
Tressa has received good news from school, being allowed to take her final semester classes over the summer, so she can do her internship in the fall/winter and then have her degree a semester early! She also is receiving back in income tax the amount I owed this year - which taught be a valuable lesson about RSP's and tax credits.
