  • unless recording, I play Open-E tuned songs in Open-D with a CAPO on the II
  • songs transcribed down four half-steps can usually be played by rearranging the piece with CAPO I, and in (E A D F# B E) tuning
  • some tough tunings on the guitar are EEEEBE, DDDDDD
