The 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver have been going full force for a week and a half. If you are a resident of Canada you cannot help but get caught up in some of the drama. The games are filled with drama, exuberance, and a mix of disappointing and thrilling moments.
i played in a tennis tournament over the weekend - my first one ever.
i lost both games but had fun. i entered the wrong event - the open, instead of the 4.5 rating and under. good practice though. my first match was 1-6, 0-6 against a man from cranbrook, bc who was the tournament pro.
my second match was 2-6, 2-6 against a tournament veteran. it was a better match than it appears though, as a lot of the games went to deuce.
